Designed in 2016 in compliance with environmental and social eco-design standards, our atlant’IS switchboard will answer all your needs for power control and distribution in critical energy situations : hospitals, airports, marine, wasted water, critical sites, data center, etc.

Our atlant’IS switchboard is also designed to adapt to DC power for energy conversion or photovoltaic energy.

Energy Management Systems can also be integrated.

When the NF EN CEI 60439 standard shifted to NF EN CEI 61439-1 and 61439-2, KOHLER Power Control & Distribution decided to invest in a new original manufacturer switchboard called atlant’IS. It is designed and manufactured in France.

With the atlant’IS original manufacturer switchboard, we offer a new generation and innovative switchboard that can answer all critical energy needs in a single product. KOHLER Power Control & Distribution owns all the patents related to the atlant’IS switchboard, as well as the embedded software.

This switchboard was designed to comply with standards such as the NF EN CEI 61439-1 and 61439-2 in order to ensure the safety of people and properties.

KOHLER also has a temperature-rise lab called FAHRENHEIT 10000 which is certified by the COFRAC. This allows us to check all our standard configurations and specific requests on our conception.

Functional Units

Withdrawable or half-withdrawable units – WWW

Our atlant’IS units or half-units are entirely withdrawable and ensure a fast and easy maintenance for a withdrawability of up to 630A.

PRODUCT STRENGTHS

  • Withdrawable unit thanks to an independent handle.
  • Safety system to avoid falls while unplugging.
  • The unit front is assembled on hinges, opening is possible with screws or quarter-turn locks to acces protection settings and thermographic view while powering
  • Position and state of the unit can easily be identified with a mechanical indicator (Connected, Testing, Disconnected)
  • Transition from a setting to another with a mechanical push-button switch
  • Mechanical interlocked system which forbids opening while powering

  • Smart solution within the unit with SCi402 (control-command) or SCi403 (control-command and measures) and signaling without any wiring

Removable Units – WWW / WWD

Our atlant’IS units or half-units are entirely removable and ensure a fast and easy maintenance for a withdrawability of up to 630A.

PRODUCT STRENGTHS

  • Mounted on a rail within a cubicle, push-button switch at the front to transition from a setting to another
  • Mechanical interlocked system which forbids opening while powering 
  • When disconnected, the unit stays inside the cubicle, the door can be closed and the exploited IP stays intact

  • Smart solution within the unit with SCi402 (control-command) or SCi403 (control-command and measures)

Removable units – WFD

Our atlant’IS units or half-units are withdrawable from the front and removable from the back (wiring on the equipment) and ensure a fast and easy maintenance for a withdrawability of up to 630A.

  • Mounted on a rail within a cubicle, locking system which forbids opening while powering 
  • When disconnected, the unit stays inside the cubicle, the door can be closed and the exploited IP stays intact

Options :

  • Smart solution within the unit with SCi402 (control-command) or SCi403 (control-command and measures)

Removable Auxiclic Unit – DFF

Our atlant’IS Removable Auxiclic units are completely removable for modular parts. They ensure a fast and easy maintenance to add your modular breakers of up to 63A.

These units can be integrated to our functional units cubicles from the back, through a glass window.

  • One or several raws of symmetrical rails
  • Integration of the modular breaker (63A max)
  • Outlets can be added to the Auxiclic without any tool , with the pre-built plug-in connector

Smart switchboard

Our atlant’IS switchboard can integrate our SCI 500 and SCI 400 smart communication systems for a simplified and remote power management. They will give you access to the following data :

SCI 400/500 concept : switchboard smart communication system

The industrial touch-screen HMI and the industrial PC make it possible to operate and control your switchboard locally, and to access data with SCADA.

Data is made of :

  • Measures and outlets equipped with an SCI403
  • Signaling and default report indicated by a light on the front of the unit and on the HMI
  • Temperature management

This solution offers an easy and safe evolution while powering and a fast automatic reconfiguration of functional units.

Our SCI 500 Smart Communication System is a real tool to help with the operation and preventive maintenance of the atlant’IS switchboard.
